February 5, 2021: Sergio Sciancalepore, Broker of Record for Fidelity Properties LLC representing shopping center owner Bay Harbor Plaza LLC, is pleased to announce the opening of Planet Fitness at Bay Harbor Plaza, 55 Brick Blvd, Brick NJ. After signing a lease in Q2, 2020 for approximately 22,000 sf in the former AC Moore space, Planet Fitness worked expeditiously with the owner’s assistance to fit out the space for opening. Sergio and Fidelity Properties worked with Joseph Dougherty of Metro Commercial, representing the Tenant, to complete the deal.
