Chipotle Mexican Grill is looking to open its first location in eastern Mercer County at Town Center Plaza, 310 Route 130, East Windsor NJ.
An application for preliminary and final site plan approval was approved with East Windsor Township by Chipotle Mexican Grill of Colorado, LLC in connection with a proposed restaurant at 319 Route 130, according to a public notice from earlier this month.
Chipotle will open their doors early 'Q4 2021.
